I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. I provide virtual therapy for adults (18+) in English and Spanish. I have experience working with people of various ages, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Through talking therapy, I help clients rediscover their inner resources and strengths to overcome the obstacles that interfere with their mental health and life goals.
